Qatar Digital Government Strategy 2023 - 2025

Qatar Digital Government Strategy 2023 - 2025 builds on the foundations laid by Qatar Digital Government Strategy 2020 while still depending on the main objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030. It is the next step towards more digital transformation that positively impacts the daily interactions of citizens, residents, businesses and government entities in the State of Qatar.

Strategy Aspirations
There are four main aspirations for the Strategy that require the collaboration of all concerned entities to be achieved, namely:

• Digital Services and Beneficiary Engagement
• Innovative and Data-Driven Government
• Sustainable Investments and Solutions
• Digital Workforce and Cultural Transform

To realize each of these aspirations and achieve the desired goals, a number of digital projects and user-oriented programs will be carried out in order to analyze the current situation and the available resources, develop the required processes and start implementing the relevant projects.
